Overview

This program responds to the expanding landscape of events, seasons, and mega-gatherings across the Kingdom and the specialised crowd-management and safety competencies they demand. The content covers crowd dynamics, risk assessment, calculating safe venue capacity, entry and egress planning, and emergency and evacuation procedures. Sessions are built on case studies from major gatherings and applied planning exercises that simulate real venues. Participants leave able to contribute to planning and operating events safely in line with international best practice.
