Overview

Knowledge alone does not make a trainer; training is a profession with its own craft and tools. This program takes you on a complete journey: understanding adult-learning principles, designing training packages with the ADDIE methodology POTC itself applies, mastering delivery, facilitation, and classroom management, and measuring impact with the Kirkpatrick model. It culminates in micro-teaching sessions where every participant delivers a real video-recorded session and receives individual feedback from a certified trainer.
