Overview

This program gives leaders a practical framework built around seven core leadership skills that move them from managing tasks to confidently leading people with real impact. Over three days, participants alternate between applied workshops and simulation exercises addressing genuine leadership situations from the Saudi workplace. The emphasis is on turning knowledge into measurable daily behaviour rather than dwelling on theory. Each participant leaves with a clear leadership compass and a plan to develop their seven skills over the following ninety days.
