POTC has opened registration for the summer intake of its Training of Trainers (TOT) program, one of the most in-demand and longest-standing programs in its portfolio. What Does the Program Cover?
The journey runs from designing the training portfolio and writing learning objectives, through active-learning methods, managing classroom dynamics, and handling difficult trainee profiles, to evaluating training impact using the centre's adopted global methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick. Participants cap the journey with a graduation project — delivering a complete training session assessed against accreditation criteria — with successful graduates receiving an accredited certificate that strengthens their standing in the training market.
