POTC Announces Its Ramadan Training Schedule: Flexible Evening Virtual Programs Throughout the Holy Month

POTC has announced its training schedule for the holy month of Ramadan, designed this year in a fully virtual evening format that respects the month's special character and its different daily rhythm. Sessions begin after Taraweeh prayers, delivered as short, focused blocks of two to three hours instead of the usual full training days.

The programs team said the Ramadan schedule answers a recurring request from institutional clients who want to make use of the month without exhausting their staff: annual training plans do not pause in Ramadan, but their format must change. Content has therefore been redistributed into micro-units suited to evening concentration, with sessions recorded and made available on the centre's e-learning platform for participants to review at the time that suits them best.

What Does the Schedule Include?

The Ramadan lineup covers a curated selection of the most requested programs, including leadership and supervisory skills, project management, service excellence, and corporate communication, alongside short digital programs in data analysis and cybersecurity essentials. The centre has also reserved dedicated tracks for organizations wanting closed programs for their staff at times aligned with their own Ramadan working schedules.

The evening virtual format is also a practical opportunity for organizations working to complete their required training units for training-disclosure compliance before year end, as it allows accredited training hours to be documented without affecting reduced Ramadan working hours. The centre notes that all its programs are TVTC-accredited and that its learning platform complies with NELC standards.

The full schedule and registration are now available on the website, and the client services team is receiving organizations' inquiries about closed programs throughout the month. POTC extends its warmest greetings to its clients, partners, and staff on the arrival of the holy month.
