A full professor of education policy and foundations from King Saud University, he has served as dean of development and quality at Shaqra University, advisor to the university president, and director of educational quality at the Ministry of Education. He founded the Ministry of Education Excellence Award and chaired its scientific committees, contributing to excellence standards and KPI frameworks across Saudi Arabia and the Arab region. He is a certified EFQM assessor and certified ISO lead auditor, and received the Distinguished Quality Manager Award from the Saudi Quality Council in 2017.
